Is this service for agencies?
No this service is meant to help individual High Level account holders. We were gettin inundated with requests for help from High Level account holders and found they could not afford to pay for individual service, so we created an affordable option that will help business owners do what they love and not have to fumble around with tech.
Do you provide technical support?
This service is a done for you automation and system service meant to support building and troubleshooting workflows, funnels, email campaigns etc for your individual business. We only provide technical support for your system, not agency clients.
Do you provide onboarding?
Yes we provide onboarding for your clients for our current customers of the GHL Automation and System Retainer Service. You can provide onboarding as a separate service and a special rate of $147/ per onboarding. The next option is by the pack in multiples of 5, 10, and 20
Can you support my custom system, processes, and snapshot?
Yes, we are able to support custom systems, processes and snapshots, It is important to ensure we have a complete understanding of the system and how it works and is intended to work. We will gather this information from you, the customer and what we see inside your setup.
Are there any hidden costs?
The only outside cost is if you want onboarding and set up, that is not included in this service, but can be purchased as an add on.
Do you offer Task Management?
No this service is meant to support your systems only. We do not provide virtual assistant tasks. We will not send individual emails to customers, However we will set up email campaigns and automations that will be set to go out to your audience.
